Still not convinced these will look great on your wall? While pics and video just don’t do these art pieces justice, it might help to take a look at a short video we did highlighting the acrylic, bamboo and aluminum substrates.
IMPORTANT – Every Pixel Counts! While the latest version of the iPhones and photography apps continue to increase resolution, keep in mind there are things to consider when preparing your images for printing since the greater the resolution, the larger print we can produce.
Instagram: Version 2 rolled last September greatly increased resolution by default so no need to make any adjustments. While we do provide uploading directly from Instagram please note that in order to get the highest quality print, it’s best to send to your Mac or PC first then upoad. This is due to limitations of the Instagram API as well as the Safari Mobile browser. Sorry!
We recommend one of three ways: (1) email the highest resolution image to yourself from within Instagram (2) use the iCloud service to wirelessly sync all photos on your iPhone to any PC or Mac (only works for new photos after iCloud activation) AND/OR (3) transfer photos from your iPhone to a PC or Mac with a cable. Apps: This is the tricky part, but as a general rule the more filters you run your images through, the greater the decrease in resolution. Also, some apps completely destroy resolution. So, if you plan to print your images pay attention to how each app degrades resolution.
